Chef Lando, of Enclave, will be showcasing the brand spanking new Broadstone Makers Quarter’s community kitchen by sharing her dumpling skills! Growing up in a Vietnamese/Chinese culture, Lan believes she has rolled over at the very least 1 million egg rolls, dumplings, wontons, and spring rolls combined with her very own hands so far in her lifetime!

It will be a spectacular evening with cooking instruction mixed with prepared food, free alcoholic and non-alcoholic libations, dessert, and great fun in a very chic, mid-century style location with top of line Viking appliances! Tickets are VERY limited for intimate and 1:1 instruction.

Class Course: We will learn how to make 5 different Chinese dumplings: Pyramid Dumplings, Ingot Dumplings, Crescent Moon Dumplings, Lace Star Dumpling, Rose Dumplings. And for special bonus, we will show you how to make the most wanted dumpling, xialongbao, soup dumplings! We will use a traditional ground sustainable pork filling, but also have vegetarian and options.

Description: Join Chef Lando of Enclave for a super fun experience learning how to make dumplings five ways. We will learn the ancient ways dating back more than 1000 years ago and also some play on the traditional. She will share her personal and travel experiences, and special cooking tips learned from her mom. This is a full hands-on and mouthwatering experience.
