Mediterranean Bowls are one of my favorites. I made homemade grassfed lamb meatballs, falafels from scratch, my own fusion take on lamb and organic bison wrapped in the the ever so aromatic betel leaves, and many many sides, dips, and sauces!!! The only canned items used were the marinated olives for the tapenade, and the tomatoes and roasted pepper are canned from Italy cause I have not yet found anything better than using San Marzano canned tomatoes. Everything else, which there were plenty of, were a true labor of love. These will return week of January 16, 2017 which is available now to order!
