There are 21 days till ENCLAVE turns 1 year old! And it's also the 3rd year death anniversary of the greatest person, especially cook, to have ever graced this planet, my mom. It's been a wild surreal last year and especially three years, so I thought it'd be a personally therapeutic idea to share why I do what I do (obviously still figuring out some of that), but also to share my reflections, set new intentions, all the while making dumplings, which in itself is very therapeutic exercise. What a wild ride this crazy trip called life!
21 DAYS OF REFLECTION, INTENTION, AND DUMPLINGS // Day 1. TIME
I'm going to paraphrase something I recall reading in a journal from a friend, who had a relentless hunger for living life to the fullest filled with epic adventures, but also travel to far away lands to help those in need and during major disasters. He passed away not too long ago at too young of an age. What he wrote still resonates with me and I changed it a bit to add my own perspective, "There is no such thing as a bad time. It is time. It's the greatest gift that life and everyone living have to offer."
